Please note that should you decide to withdraw from the tenancy application the administration fee will not be refunded.

If you have any queries or would like to know the status of your application then please contact the referencing administrator at referencing@moginiejames.co.uk where they will be able to assist you with any queries.

ALL sections must be completed and at least three referee’s details must be provided otherwise the application may be declined.

The personal referee must be known in a professional capacity and must have also known the applicant for more than 2 years.

Applicants cannot use the same person for their employers reference, as their character reference.
